Account and Data Deletion Policy

At TithiTap, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so easily by following the steps below.

Method 1: Delete Account via the TithiTap App

The easiest and fastest way to delete your account is directly through the app. This action is irreversible and will permanently erase your data.

1. Open the TithiTap app on your device.
2. Navigate to the Settings screen from the top menu.
3. Scroll down and tap on the Delete Account option.
4. A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap Delete to confirm.
5. Your account, including your profile data and preferences, will be immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.

Method 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request manual data deletion by contacting our support team.

1. Send an email to poriya.poriya121@gmail.com from the email address associated with your TithiTap account.
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. In the body of the email, please state that you would like your account and all associated data to be permanently deleted.
4. Our support team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 3-5 business days.

What data is deleted?

When you delete your account, we completely remove your authentication records (such as Google or Apple Sign-in links), your personal profile information (name, date of birth, place of birth), and your app preferences (theme, location, panchang settings) from our active databases.
